A full activity log
Every change to a member record, and every statement, invoice or card sent, is logged with the date, time and user.
Two user roles
Users do the day-to-day work. User Admins also manage users, settings, bulk uploads, billing runs and year end. We suggest no more than two.
Protected sign-in
Accounts lock after three failed attempts, and automated login attempts are blocked.
Documents on file
Attach waivers, ID copies, proof of address or signed consent to the member, and report on anything missing.
Consent recorded
Record each member’s email, postal and marketing consent, to support your POPIA obligations.
Smooth committee handovers
When a committee changes, remove the old members’ access, add the new ones and see when each user was last active. The records stay put, so nothing is lost in the handover.
Hosted and backed up
Membaz runs in the cloud with secure storage and regular backups, so a lost or stolen laptop no longer means lost records. Documents are produced as encrypted PDFs.
