Our story
Our team has worked in membership administration for more than ten years, across healthcare, retail loyalty programmes and sports associations. Along the way we have:
- worked with spreadsheets that became corrupted;
- handed records over from one committee to the next, and seen what gets lost;
- had computers, and the databases on them, stolen;
- dealt with unimpressed members; and
- spent months creating invoices by hand.
